About Me
I can help you implement tools for better living…
I have worked in the mental health field in a variety of settings for 20 plus years. I enjoy helping people improve the quality of their lives and would welcome the opportunity to help you, too. Psychotherapy is a special helping relationship which can improve your relationships, provide a clearer understanding of yourself and, subsequently, allow you to enjoy more happiness and fulfillment in your life. You can increase your insight, develop better skills for coping with stress and learn better solutions to specific problems. My style is direct, relaxed, encouraging and safe. I offer a free phone consultation to see if we might work well together because the counseling relationship is a true partnership.
